Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of recruiters, shapes the organization’s hiring vision, drives high-impact recruitment initiatives, and builds a scalable talent engine. This strategic people-leader role guides workforce planning, hiring performance, and long-term talent strategy, collaborates with senior leadership, and uses advanced data analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes. The position champions operational excellence, fosters accountability and collaboration, and ensures the organization attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent in a competitive healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent years of experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition leadership experience required.
- Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Requires experience leading and implementing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
- Requires a data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions.
- Requires experience with coaching, mentoring and elevating recruiting team capabilities.
- Requires experience as a change management champion who leads process improvements and drives adoption of new tools and methodologies.
- Requires experience with strong stakeholder communication.
- Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
- Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy.
- Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing platforms.
