Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the insurance recruiting team, guiding strategy, managing key requisitions, and serving as the go-to partner for hiring managers and leaders. You’ll drive operational excellence, deliver on recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction), monitor metrics, implement data-driven improvements, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate to craft job descriptions, interview guides, and selection criteria. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic insight with active recruitment, reporting to senior leadership from a Dallas, TX base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years leading a team
- Proven track record recruiting in the insurance or related industry
