Job Summary
Oversee recruitment activities and programs for the organization, including sourcing, recruiting, hiring, background checks, and onboarding. Develop and promote the employer brand and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract quality candidates. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, coordinating sourcing from internal channels, online databases, referrals, and outreach programs. Drive strategic initiatives, projects, and programs within HR and healthcare recruiting to build a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- PHR or SPHR or talent acquisition certification preferred
- Five years of progressive HR experience in a manager role or leading projects/programs/teams
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
