Job Summary
Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's enterprise talent needs by serving as the primary contact for internal clients and collaborating with Senior Management to plan and execute hiring strategies. Provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters responsible for networking, sourcing, and building candidate pipelines for roles ranging from director to front-line staff, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of hire. Manage vendor agreements, select temporary employee agencies, and oversee testing and assessments while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. This Flex (Hybrid) role requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 years of years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
- 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability
- Project management work experience on a corporate level
- Negotiation skills to include vendor agreement experience
- Exhibited Analytical and organizational skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business
- Experience with Workday applications
- Experience working with temporary employee agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection
- Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment
- Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and/or other HRIS systems
