Job Summary
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, optimize recruitment processes and technologies, and monitor key metrics for reporting. Personally recruit for executive positions across technology, product, finance, and operations functions. Manage relationships with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS partners while ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are embedded in recruiting practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, and proficiency in ATS platforms like Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter. Based in CST or EST locations would be preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, hiBob, Greenhouse)
- A high level of professionalism, judgment, ethics, discretion, and confidentiality
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a fully remote and globally distributed organization
- Flexibility to work across different hours or time zones depending on business needs
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI initiatives
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
