Job Summary
Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of HCSC's enterprise-wide early careers initiatives, including internship, new graduate, and emerging talent programs. Lead a team responsible for delivering these programs while collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with organizational workforce needs. Serve as a key ambassador for the employer brand, driving innovative talent attraction and development strategies that position HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent. This role requires strategic leadership to foster growth and promote rewarding careers within a purpose-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications
- 5 years experience in leading or building early career, apprenticeship or university relations programs or initiatives or 9 years of related field or equivalent working experience
- 1 year of management or leadership experience
- Creative problem solver
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working with and recruiting from colleges, high schools and/or organizations supporting apprenticeship programs
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, Taleo etc.)
