Job Summary
Implement the firm's global Talent Acquisition and Development strategy at the Boston and Chicago offices by overseeing student recruiting, attorney relations, and new hire orientation. Manage local recruiting initiatives, budgets, and policies while analyzing trends to enhance outcomes. Support the Associate Engagement Committee, guide first-year associate integration, and supervise the local Talent Management team. Coordinate on-boarding for attorneys and business professionals, process I9s, and handle performance management. Work beyond scheduled hours for special events and travel as needed for campus programming.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment
- Must be able to work beyond scheduled hours, including attendance at special events in the evenings and/or on weekends
- Must be able to travel as needed with flexibility to support campus programming and recruiting across various schools during peak recruiting seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of management experience (preferred)
