Job Summary
Lead the talent acquisition team to execute full-cycle recruitment for experienced candidates across clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles. Design systems, processes, and sourcing strategies while managing recruitment marketing initiatives and technology design. Serve as a business advocate to hiring managers, drive accountability through KPIs, and facilitate process improvements. Manage the employment brand to ensure alignment with the corporate identity and identify learning opportunities for the team. Partner with field leaders to leverage data for comprehensive strategies and implement proof of concept tests.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience required
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with progressive responsibilities required
- Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
- Ability to lead and have ownership over programs and processes with minimal supervision
- Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare field a plus
- Experience with iCIMS preferred
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
