Job Summary
Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development leads HR strategy across talent acquisition, learning and development, HR analytics, performance management, and HR operational efficiency. Directly supervises and develops team members; builds a robust recruitment pipeline; ensures proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a high-touch recruitment experience; develops structured learning content aligned to KPIs; supports HR data reporting for accuracy and timeliness; serves as point of contact for internal HR audits and maintains controls; fosters a collaborative, high-integrity environment and provides regular updates to the Chief HR Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Stays abreast of current Talent Acquisition and Development best practices and tools
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High integrity and ability to be trusted with high level of confidential information
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with HRIS, Google Suite & Microsoft Office products
Desired Qualifications
