Job Summary
Lead and manage a central team of Logistics Analysts to coordinate quarterly cycle counts across SOS locations, resolve SAP/SVMX/EDI-related issues, document end-to-end processes and SOPs, drive system enhancements, perform root-cause analysis on recurring EDI problems, manage resource allocation and performance, and support master data management across SAP and related systems to strengthen the global supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher
- Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory & logistics management / data analytics
- Knowledge of SAP system is must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, with a focus on system reconciliation and error resolution
- Experience in working with SAP and analyzing operational data
- Exposure to cross-system integrations, especially SAP-EDI connections
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- English language required
