Job Summary
Lead and mentor engineers within the Systems Engineering team to drive process improvements, reduce risk, and enable fast yet rigorous development of Terran R through concept to production/operations. Own rollout of new processes, streamline existing ones, ensure verification activities occur at the right times, align subsystems and components with test objectives, and guide cross-team collaboration with engineering leadership. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in systems engineering, system definition/design/development, architecture, integration, and/or testing & evaluation; proven ability to manage a high-impact program lifecycle and lead teams, with potential for people leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
- 5+ years of experience in technical positions working on system engineering, system definition, design, and development, system architecture, system integration, and/or T&E
- Full product lifecycle experience on at least one program, preferably two or more
