Job Summary
Manager for the Systems Engineers supporting the NA Channel, responsible for leading a team of SEs, mentoring in both technical and soft skills, ensuring training for new hires, and driving partner/customer enablement. The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, executive-facing communication, and development of sales and market strategies, while ensuring ethical standards and a customer-first focus. The candidate will ramp up on new F5 solutions and industry trends, shape partner and customer solutions, and foster a growth mindset within the team. Regular one-on-one coaching, performance evaluations, and alignment with channel and sales management are required to optimize engagement with channel partners and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years’ related industry experience in a dynamic high-tech environment
- 2+ years’ experience leading teams
