Job Summary
Coordinate program activities across active projects and lead direct reports to deliver organizational goals within the Tampa Engineering & Sciences department. Manage technical administrative support, including network administration, deployment, and sustainment, while overseeing staffing, performance reviews, and compensation evaluations. Provide leadership for IPT activities and ensure adherence to technical process documents and policy standards. Resolve impediments for stakeholders and program managers while managing cost, schedule, and resource targets. Maintain a 9/80 work schedule where available, with SCI clearance required for start.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance
- 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience with a Master's Degree
- Experience with U.S. Government contracts or defense systems
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to lead a diverse multi-disciplinary team
- High levels of engagement
- Mentoring

- Proven ability to represent organizational capabilities to customers and stakeholders
- Relocation assistance may be available
- SCI clearance required for start
- 10% of the Time travel
Desired Qualifications
- M.S., M.B.A., or other advanced degree
- Broad technical background across IT, software development, and cybersecurity
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
- Solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Three+ years of experience leading teams of 6 or more
