Job Summary
Manager oversees kitchen crew, curb servers, and kitchen supervisors; responsibilities include directing and coaching staff, assigning duties, opening/closing the restaurant, ensuring food safety, maintaining presentation and service standards, cash handling and security procedures, inventory and labor management, reviewing financial reports, and supporting P&L actions. Promotes Swensons core values and assists GM with additional duties as assigned, while training and developing team members to drive excellence in operations across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment
- Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof
- Own reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time
- Good oral/written communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible work schedule and must be available on weekends
- Basic math skills and basic computer literacy
