Job Summary
Lead and manage the implementation, enablement, integration, monitoring, and reporting of ESG initiatives across Standard Insurance Limited (SIL) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, Group frameworks, and industry best practices. Serve as SIL’s primary ESG management focal point, providing senior oversight, advice, and coordination of climate and sustainability initiatives (BAU and projects). Oversee ESG-related regulatory compliance in partnership with the second-line Compliance function, including emerging regulations and existing obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Sciences/Management, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Sustainability, or related field; 8-12 years experience; ESG/Sustainability leadership experience; Insurance, Risk, Compliance experience; Senior stakeholder, committee, and regulatory engagement experience
