Job Summary
Manager of Surgical Services RN responsible for the daily operations of the South Tower Surgery department, ensuring adherence to practice standards, regulatory requirements, budgeting and adequate department coverage. Oversees intra-operative care across procedures including Same Day and In-patient surgeries (ENT, GYN, General, Eye, Plastics, Lithotripsy, Urology, Pain) and other service lines as needed. Supervises care from Pre-op handoff through postoperative phases, applying knowledge of AORN standards to manage inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical areas. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of recent management experience in a perioperative setting or extensive perioperative leadership experience
