Job Summary
Manage assigned surgical services departments, overseeing cost, finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. Lead the entity management team and Shared Governance Model to promote patient-centered services and enhance value-driven outcomes. Drive succession planning, identify talent, and provide support and education to grow future nursing leaders. Assist in staffing as necessary to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at Piedmont Macon Medical.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting, including at least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
