Manager - Surgical Services - Bay Park

Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the patient care area at ProMedica. Plan and provide quality, consistent patient care and services while managing unit organization, ensuring compliance, and integrating safety and quality measures. Promote evidence-based and ethical care, interview and hire new employees, and coordinate their orientation with the Unit Clinical Educator. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, minimum of 5 years in surgical nursing with 3 years at the management level, and current state license. Full-time days shift with 40 weekly hours.
