Manager Surgery Business Operations and Support Services - Surgery Administration - FT - Day

Review and analyze surgical case costs versus reimbursement for new supply and equipment requests, reporting findings to leadership. Direct oversight of Surgery Business functions including daily operations, annual performance evaluations, and the surgical chargemaster. Coordinate department and capital budgets, prepare business plans, and reconcile budget reports against usage data to identify volume and cost variances. Manage consignment agreements, minimize rush orders, and ensure compliance with decontamination, packaging, and sterilization policies. Prepare statistical dashboards and scorecards for the Surgical Division while assessing team training needs. This role supports the Administrative Director of Surgical Services and System Director of Supply Chain across Main campus, Single Day Surgery, and regional clinics.
