Job Summary
Manager, Supply Planning to build and lead Mejuri’s supply planning function from the ground up. Translate open-to-buy into purchase orders, oversee MOQs, lead times, and capacity across a multi-country supplier base, and drive performance standards that keep product flowing efficiently across channels. Lead and develop two Senior Supply Planners, establish planning frameworks from scratch, own monthly S&OP for receipt projections and inbound visibility, manage supplier constraints, drive contingency planning, and optimize inventory targets (service level, weeks of stock, inventory turns, E&O). Apply vendor management, OTIF tracking, and analytics to provide executive-ready insights and ensure supply risk is proactively managed. Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Finance, and leadership to simplify supply complexity and enable fast, data-driven decision-making. Preference for experience across Ecommerce/Retail with multi-geography sourcing, and hands-on experience with size buying in jewelry/accessories. Hybrid work model in Toronto with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience with teams of planners
- Strong supply planning expertise in Ecommerce and Retail
- Multi-country supply experience
- Hands-on knowledge of size buy planning in jewelry/apparel or similar
- Vendor management skills (lead time, MOQs, risk)
- Analytical, able to translate data for executives
- Cross-functional collaboration ability
- Self-starter in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with in-office requirement for Toronto office (3 days in, 2 remote)
