Job Summary
Develop and maintain 12-month supply plans aligned to global net requirements while leading the Supply planning portion of S&OP to align demand forecasts with production, procurement, and inventory management. Analyze production plans to identify risks and opportunities, monitor schedule adherence, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to conduct root cause analyses on plan misses. Work closely with manufacturing and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and capacity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply planning performance and actionable recommendations. Occasional travel required (10%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management in a regulated environment
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply planning strategies and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams in multiple regions/geographies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship
- Occasional travel required, estimated at 10%
