Design and own a suite of reporting and analytics to track end-to-end supply chain performance, enabling c-suite leadership to monitor health and inform weekly, monthly, and quarterly decision-making. Identify key drivers of waste by deep-diving business processes, system workflows, and data to create strategic briefs proposing durable waste reduction solutions. Develop cross-functional projects that balance customer experience, service levels, freshness, and cost-to-serve, leading initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement. Partner with data engineering and product teams to define data capture requirements and build dashboards tracking program performance.
