Job Summary
Lead Global Supply Chain for the Naval & Oceanic Systems business unit, overseeing ~40 GSC employees and driving predictable program performance. Develop and implement a resilient supply chain strategy, act as the PMO focal point for the entire supply chain, ensure cross-functional coordination to meet commitments, and manage all supply chain aspects from proposal through execution (schedules, budgets, make/buy, procurement, subcontracts). Responsibilities include risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, cost forecasting, schedule performance, and implementing mitigation plans. Travel up to ~20% to support supplier management and program requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience (or Master's with 6+ years), strong leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment; security clearance (secret) and US citizenship are preferred. Relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years minimum (or Master’s degree and 6 years) of related experience (e.g., supply chain management, cost account management, supplier financial reporting/forecasting, and supplier/program/product scheduling or closely related)
- 5+ years of team lead and/or management of people
- U.S. Citizenship required for government-clearance positions and ability to obtain secret clearance
