Job Summary
Develop key performance indicators and utilize data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to model supply chain scenarios and forecast future demand. Identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows to maximize throughput, and spearhead the evaluation and implementation of technologies such as ERP, WMS, and automation tools. Lead cross-functional teams to execute large-scale transformation projects from conception through deployment while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to standardize best practices across global sites. Own the AI roadmap for demand forecasting and supply planning, translating strategic goals into technical parameters and embedding AI into core software platforms. Support compliance audits and collaborate with departments to close operational gaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an applicable role within the beverage/CPG industry
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Comfort with AI concepts, machine learning models, and workflow orchestration tools
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data pipelines (SQL/Python)
- Power BI & Tableau Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Experience
- EDI Experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts (co-packers, 3PL's)
- Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking with a willingness to perform tactical execution
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage implementation and execution, along with an ability to analyze data and identify root causes
- Must have a collaborative style and an ability to persuade, motivate in all directions within the organization
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to clearly communicate complex operational strategies to executive leadership
- Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier visits, team off-sites

- Experience with NetSuite systems or any other ERP system
