Job Summary
Lead the Supply Chain workstream for VBS–MA integration, driving centralization of Supply Planning & Procurement. Accountable for end-to-end planning and procurement performance, ensuring robust inventory strategies, supplier production orchestration, and integrated production planning. Responsibilities include mapping processes, optimizing inventory, issuing supplier forecasts, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Requires strong supply chain leadership, project management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. The role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $154,000 and includes healthcare benefits and retirement contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience, including planning, master scheduling, materials management, and demand planning
- S&OP experience required
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Minimum 6 years of SAP experience
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- APICS certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
- Experience in global, matrixed environments with independence under limited supervision
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices is preferred
