Job Summary
Manage day-to-day Clear-to-Build (CTB) tracking for complex Configure-to-Rack operations and identify component shortages for immediate resolution. Collaborate with Sourcing and NPI teams to track component allocations, monitor supplier commitments against demand forecasts, and ensure material readiness for smooth handoffs into high-volume Mass Production. Monitor build plans and factory capacity across global sites to optimize buffer stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for component constraints, solving daily tactical disruptions to keep rack integration lines running. Maintain supply chain metrics, material tracking dashboards, and inventory velocity reports for leadership reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain planning, material management, or program management experience within data center hardware or electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of server hardware infrastructure components (GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking switches)
- Strong analytical capabilities with Excel/ERP systems
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
