Job Summary
Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics responsible for day-to-day logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supporting cross-functional workflows to meet business objectives. Oversees material flow from supplier sourcing through manufacturing to final delivery; coordinates domestic and international shipments, ensures import/export compliance, and collaborates with freight forwarders and brokers to optimize service levels and costs. Drives S&OP processes, supplier management, and inventory controls; supports ERP systems and install-base logistics for field devices; emphasizes cost control, budgeting, and process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain and 8+ years in logistics, with 3 years in the medical device or highly regulated manufacturing sector preferred. MBA in supply chain is a strong asset. Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; in-person work arrangement.
