Job Summary
Manager, Supply Chain for Brazil leading procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier management for Invenergy Services Brazil. Responsible for material availability, cost discipline, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance; lead Brazil supply chain strategy; develop and mentor the Brazil supply chain team; oversee procurement, supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract execution; define inventory strategies and oversee warehousing; manage domestic and international logistics and import compliance; drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, data-driven forecasting, and performance tracking; travel approximately 20% to sites and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or strategic sourcing
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex supplier relationships
- Strong commercial and contractual negotiation experience, including understanding of legal and compliance aspects
- Proven experience managing logistics and inventory in operational or asset‐intensive environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational and financial insights
- Fluent in English; Portuguese required
- Ability to travel approximately 20%
