Manager, Supply Chain Analytics

Job Summary

Lead and develop the Supply Chain Services Analyst team, setting direction against the Supply Chain roadmap and coaching members in storytelling with data and modern analytical tools. Deliver fact-based insights across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing, surfacing actionable information on supplier performance and inventory health to accelerate strategy. Develop and maintain the reporting and data product suite, building dashboards, data models, and automation while managing the project backlog as a Center of Excellence. Drive adoption of emerging capabilities including AI, advanced analytics, and Cloud ERP processes to automate workflows and eliminate data anomalies. Implement data governance best practices for accuracy and consumption, ensuring alignment across Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, and Prepared Foods business units. Collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners to align visibility with business needs, championing the team to gain resource allocation. Work partially on routine maintenance, request-based needs, and proactive opportunity areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain analytics, business analytics, data engineering, or a related field
  • prior experience leading and developing analyst talent
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern analytical platforms
  • track record of adopting emerging capabilities (AI, advanced analytics, automation) in a practical, business-impact-driven way
  • Experience working in or with Cloud-based ERP environments
  • Oracle Cloud preferred
  • prior experience with Oracle and/or JDE
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
  • visualization design and build experience in Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or other reporting platforms
  • Comfort with data mining, transformation, and modeling tools (Alteryx, SQL, Python and/or similar)
  • Process-driven mindset and ability to drive efficiency gains through automation and delivered sustainable, systemic-driven solutions adopted by the organization
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for executive and operational audiences
  • Ability to foster and develop cross-functional relationships and leverage those relationships to deliver business results
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business Administration, Operations, or other relevant discipline
  • 4 years of related work experience
  • Strong and demonstrated Excel experience
  • visualization (Tableau/Power BI/equivalent) experience
  • ERP experience
