Job Summary

Manage global supply chain goods movement and logistics operations for site production programs, leading teams in tracking, receiving, stocking, kitting, issuing parts, and shipping while maintaining safety and quality standards. Develop strategy for goods movement to optimize processes, collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to prioritize resources, and execute mitigation plans for execution risks. Serve as the escalation path for program execution issues, coordinate material receipt and transportation with internal and external agencies, and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and cost reductions. Measure performance through KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide mentorship to build a high-performing, engaged culture aligned with organizational values.

  • Location onsite in Melbourne, Florida
  • Flexible work arrangements, 4/10 Mon -Thurs or 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement
  • Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
  • Knowledge of EVMS
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain
  • Active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience with a broad range of supply chain issues, including supplier management, risk management, large and complex proposals, terms and conditions, negotiations, contract types (fixed price and cost type), and post award management
  • Post-graduate degree in Supply Chain or related field
