Job Summary
Lead and optimize Cadillac Fairview's national supplier management program; drive enterprise-wide supplier engagement, contract administration, RFx preparation, and SME-level guidance for national contracts. Manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency and enhanced client experience. Oversee contract addenda, performance measurement, escalations, due diligence (including Information Security), and supplier compliance. Prepare for and lead vendor partnership meetings, develop and apply KPIs/scorecards, and collaborate with Properties and Operations Services to maximize value from supplier relationships. Require strong contract negotiation, leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record of 7+ years in supplier management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience, training, and/or certifications
- CPM or RPA an asset
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience leading Supplier Management programs, with a minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience
- Project Management or equivalent work experience
- Computer literacy required – senior or advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Real Estate and Facilities Management categories such as Janitorial, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) an asset
