Job Summary
Manage the Supplier Management program for Cadillac Fairview, providing leadership on enterprise-wide best practices, guidance on contract-related activities (renewals, amendments, RFx), and oversight of contract administration, vendor performance, due diligence, and risk management. Lead governance with Portfolios and Properties, develop policies/tools, drive KPIs/scorecards, coordinate vendor partnerships and quarterly performance reviews, and mentor/lead staff to achieve operational efficiency and client experience improvement. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word, contract negotiation, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic-agenda development skills are required; the role demands senior-level experience in supplier management within real estate/facilities contexts, plus ability to negotiate, manage risk, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree is required
- University or College degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience leading Supplier Management programs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing personnel
- Experience with Real Estate and Facilities Management categories such as Janitorial, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) an asset
- CPM or RPA an asset
