MANAGER SUP CUSE

Support Managers Opérationnels in improving client service quality by defining and analyzing service indicators and leading progress actions through project management methodologies. Define and communicate service offerings to clients while identifying, analyzing, and resolving business anomalies to implement corrective actions. Pilot new information systems deployments and train new hires on these systems, while also providing backup support to Operational Managers. Master in Supply Chain or Commercial, fluent in French and English, with strong communication and decision-making skills.
