Consolidate monthly MIS for plants, own annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and analyze variances to drive corrective actions. Ensure accuracy of standard and product costing while monitoring yield, material, and overhead variances. Enforce SOPs, close audit observations, and strengthen inventory governance including cycle counts and GR/IR reconciliation. Advise Plant Heads and operations teams on productivity, loss reduction, and capacity decisions using dashboards and models. Evaluate business cases for automation and capacity projects, track capitalization, and monitor ROI. Requires CA or CMA qualification with 8–10+ years in manufacturing finance.
