Job Summary
Establish excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example. Help the General Manager execute plans based on guest surveys to improve the restaurant experience and increase loyalty. Assist the GM to ensure profitability by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service. Requires 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining. Previous steakhouse management and Level 1 Wine Certification are a plus. Sullivan's Steakhouse offers 401k eligibility after 30 days, health/dental/vision, and ancillary insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
- Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a steakhouse
- level 1 Wine Certification
