Manager

Administer and manage day-to-day operations for a single Subway unit, maintaining an efficient store through business, customer, and staff oversight. Recruit, interview, and screen employees while monitoring their appearance, customer service, and performance to increase retention. Manage labor and food costs against budget, calculate payroll, handle deposits, and generate operational and financial reports to meet profit goals. Produce weekly schedules, ensure compliance with health regulations, and supervise all product preparation and guest service phases. Maintain superior food quality, store cleanliness, and safety while reducing energy costs and resolving customer complaints. Promote the brand locally, execute marketing efforts, and exceed customer expectations. Work approximately five days a week for six to eight hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a hands-on environment with potential exposure to extreme heat, cold, and slippery floors.
