Job Summary
Lead/Manager - Subcontracts role focusing on managing the complete subcontracting lifecycle including planning, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and work order issuance. Responsible for cost-effective subcontract awards, ensuring contractual and legal compliance, and managing subcontractor performance and claims. Maintains subcontractor databases, market intelligence, and regulatory updates to support project objectives, driving continuous improvement of subcontracting processes and vendor relationships. Requires engineering degree, 8-20 years in oil and gas or similar, strong English communication, IT proficiency, and project-management/coordination skills. Starting July 2026, based in Noida, India; reports to Head - Subcontracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering
- Minimum 8 to 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
- English language communication
- Good IT skills with MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and coordination experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environment
- Ability to integrate and contribute within a team environment
