Manage Material Movements by ensuring timely receipt from vendors and shipment to GKN, while overseeing scrap disposal and salvage of non-moving parts. Maintain proper documentation for 57f4 excise challans and RRs, ensuring all sub-contracting and GP 12 operations follow defined procedures. Lead in-house sorting cells to meet monthly production schedules and drive cost reduction initiatives with team members and sub-contractors. Coordinate daily urgencies with internal customers and support sub-contractors on NC material issues. Implement best practices and 5S standards across the department to foster continuous improvement.
