Job Summary
Manages development and implementation of campus community engagement programming to support historically marginalized student and employee groups; recruits and trains volunteers; develops partnerships with student-led groups and affinity organizations; coordinates activities to advance equity, anti-racism, and decolonization priorities; oversees supervision and development of volunteers and work-study/research assistant roles; prepares regular reports and manages programming budgets; requires an undergraduate degree and at least five years of related experience; strong oral and written communication, facilitation, project management, mediation/conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication skills; based at the UBC Vancouver Campus with a focus on equity and inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
