Job Summary
Manager of Streaming Platform Marketing & Partnerships to grow audiences for Ryan and Friends Plus across streaming platforms (Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Pluto TV, Tubi, and more). This hands-on role focuses on paid media management (primarily Amazon Advertising), platform-partner marketing, content marketing, performance analytics, and promotional activations. Responsibilities include planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns; developing briefs, targeting recommendations, budgets, timelines, and performance reports; managing relationships with platform editorial/partner teams; promoting programming through platform features, homepage placements, newsletters, and ad assets; coordinating promotional calendars; delivering platform-ready assets, descriptions, imagery, metadata, trailers, copy, and promotional materials; and creating and maintaining partner newsletters and updates. The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to drive reach and discovery for PocketWatch shows and channels across multiple streaming ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in streaming marketing, paid media, partner marketing, entertainment marketing, digital distribution, CTV advertising, or audience development
- Hands-on experience marketing a subscription streaming channel with Amazon Ads on Amazon Prime Video Channels with Amazon Ads
- Familiarity with SVOD, AVOD, FAST, CTV, digital linear channels, and platform merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with video performance dashboards and campaign reports
- Excellent project management with multiple campaigns, partners, assets, and deadlines
- Strong written communication for partner newsletters, programming pitches, campaign summaries, and internal reporting
- Experience with external partners, platform editorial teams, agencies, PR firms, or distribution partners
- Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-moving small-business environment
- Experience with Amazon DSP, Prime Video Channels marketing, Roku advertising, CTV/OTT campaigns, paid social, or related digital advertising platforms
