Job Summary
Lead strategy, design thinking, and technology delivery engagements for diverse clients; manage cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers; own the full project lifecycle from inception through delivery; manage client expectations and resolve issues; strategize and create software solutions across verticals; lead UX design thinking workshops; identify opportunities for business development and expanding existing client relationships; mentor team members and stay ahead of evolving technology trends, including AI, to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent experience in leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence others
- A clear understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes from a variety of verticals
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong track record in liaising with and collaborating with clients from diverse industries
- Proven history of leading multiple large and complex programs simultaneously
- A deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology
- Experience in mentoring and growing other team members
