Job Summary
Manager in Strategy & Partnerships will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle with large enterprises, channel partners, and strategic alliances globally, including identifying opportunities, negotiating, onboarding, and growing accounts to drive revenue. You’ll manage a clear annual revenue target across enterprise accounts, build your own pipeline across target sectors, conduct outreach, discovery, demos, commercial negotiations, and contract closures, and oversee account expansion and renewals. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and the founders on pitch materials, pricing, and the enterprise roadmap, focusing on priority markets: US, UK, UAE, EU, and APAC. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of experience, international exposure, a Tier 1 undergrad background (consulting backgrounds welcome with operating experience), strong written and verbal communication, a sales mindset, and a genuine interest in health and wearables. Fluency with technology and wearables and a passion for health, fitness, and human performance are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience, with at least part of it in a startup or working closely with founders
- International exposure through study or work
- Tier 1 undergrad with preference for consulting backgrounds (MBB)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Real sales mindset
- Fluency with technology and wearables
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and human performance
