Job Summary
Manager in Strategy & Operations for Retail and Manufacturing in Malmö leading high-impact transformation projects, defining and delivering growth and efficiency strategies, and driving operational excellence across planning, sourcing, procurement, and cost structures. Responsible for delivering AI and digital initiatives across operations, owning delivery and team leadership, coaching junior colleagues, and contributing to business development through opportunity identification, proposal shaping, and client relationship building. Works with senior client stakeholders to navigate complex transformations, and collaborates in an international environment with travel for client assignments; fluent in Swedish and English with strong commercial acumen and a passion for developing people.
Desired Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field
- 6–9 years of experience from executing and leading projects in supply chain management, sourcing and procurement, operational excellence (e.g., manufacturing, warehouse) and sales & operations planning
- Minimum of 3 years in management consulting
- 5+ years of relevant Retail and Manufacturing industry experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Tools such as Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint
- High business acumen, strong analytical skills, team spirit, and the ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for client assignments both locally and abroad
- Experience in sales and business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and leading teams
