Job Summary
Manager in M&A Services lead engagements related to due diligence (ODD/CDD), integration and separation services; drive proposal development with C-level executives; manage cross-functional project teams and lead interviews/workshops; oversee development and presentation of final project deliverables; ensure quality of engagements and development of staff; travel as necessary; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) ODD, CDD and/or integration and separation services within a consulting advisory firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- MBA from an accredited university preferred
- Experience managing multiple complex initiatives across the complete M&A life cycle
- Travel as necessary
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.)
