Job Summary

Provide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region to shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies, ensuring regional perspectives are represented in key business decisions. Support the Director in developing and executing country growth strategies across Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia by analyzing business performance, market data, and industry insights. Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions, while supporting due diligence, integration planning, and execution for newly acquired or partnered businesses. Monitor the competitive landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and optimize New Product Development portfolio planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • Typically 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, corporate development, M&A, or business transformation
  • Experience driving complex regional projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
  • Experience evaluating growth opportunities and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving business environment
  • Travel Percentage: 40%

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Experience within the MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
  • Knowledge of healthcare and MedTech market dynamics across the KISA region
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, strategic partnerships, due diligence, or post-merger integration activities
  • Familiarity with APAC healthcare regulatory environments and market access considerations
  • Experience working in a regional or global role with diverse, multicultural teams
