Job Summary

The Manager, HR Business Partner develops strong partnerships with leaders across service lines to deliver comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include Talent Management, Employee Relations, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Communications, Policy and Procedure Development and Administration, Compensation, Immigration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, HRMS, and Metrics/Reporting. The role collaborates with the Director, Human Resources on initiatives, manages international scope including Canada and the United Kingdom, and ensures effective onboarding, employee relations, transfers, promotions, and status changes. This is a hybrid role based in Plano HQ with an expectation of two onsite days per week and requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and ability to implement HR programs and processes across geographies. The posting notes a Bachelor s degree as required, 5–7 years of HR management experience, and U.S. work authorization without required visa sponsorship; certifications such as PHR/SPHR/GPHR are preferred and a valid driver+s license is referenced.

Required Qualifications

  • BachelorD degree in human resources or related field required
  • at least five to seven years progressively responsible human resources management experience
