Job Summary
Manager, Strategic Projects role focusing on building and leading a high-growth vertical within Paraform. Initially operates as an individual contributor owning a book of business end-to-end, conducting structured intake calls, ensuring recruiter briefs are precise, and driving hires with urgency. You’ll rapidly transition to coaching and leading a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs), growing to 6–8 direct reports, and driving marketplace density, incentives, and delivery excellence. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply, Marketing, and Product to unlock growth, shape the platform, and move toward P&L ownership. Requires strong stakeholder management with founders and CXOs, a track record of revenue ownership, the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a proactive, ownership-driven leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience with a foundation in problem-solving and growth/revenue-focused operator roles
- Prior experience managing a multi-headcount team
- Track record of owning customer relationships and driving revenue
- Comfort with performance-based compensation and targeting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
