Job Summary
Oversee BMO BrokerEdge business operations and administer first line of defense programs for operational, compliance, and regulatory risks. Interpret emerging regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and develop action plans to mitigate identified exposures while ensuring adherence to the Risk Appetite Statement. Build interdependent teams by coaching employees, managing performance, and fostering a culture of risk identification through training and awareness initiatives. Monitor industry developments, lead change management activities, and provide specialized consulting support for internal and external audits or regulatory examinations.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
