Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic projects using financial and data analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Assist with the annual corporate 5-year planning process and lead regional strategic planning initiatives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, perform market analysis, and write business plans to track industry trends affecting company growth. Track metrics, handle complex analyses, and prepare communications to report to internal leadership. Monitor market trends, identify financial risks, and validate the efficacy of new products and services in the nutrition space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, economics, business, or statistics, or MBA with 5 years' experience
- 7 years' experience in strategy, consulting or an operating/line role, change management role, or continuous improvement
- Expertise with deep quantitative analysis
- Clear demonstration of effective leadership skills in a work environment
- Ability to find opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas
- Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical) under general supervision
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Desire to work with international/emerging markets
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
