Job Summary
Manager Strategic Partnerships & Business Development leads partnership-driven growth for ENGIE Retail, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities, building a commercially viable pipeline across alliances, channels, joint ventures, and acquisitions, and delivering end-to-end partnership execution including structuring and negotiating commercial agreements. The role requires building senior internal and external relationships, tracking performance across a multi-million-dollar pipeline, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in partnerships or business development, experience in B2C or regulated industries (e.g. energy, telco, financial services), and strong financial acumen to build business cases and assess ROI. Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills are essential to drive growth and market expansion in a dynamic environment with ENGIE’s commitment to energy transition.
